Legal information describes how the law generally operates — what a statute says, how a procedure usually unfolds, which forum hears which kind of dispute. It is the same for everyone who reads it.
Legal advice is different: it applies the law to one specific situation, taking into account facts, documents, deadlines, and history that only that matter has. Two situations that look similar can have opposite outcomes because of a single differing fact.
Reading about the law is a good starting point, but decisions with legal consequences deserve advice grounded in your actual circumstances. That is what a consultation is for.
Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading it does not create an advocate–client relationship.
